NextGen Leaders of Nebraska
NextGen Nebraska was born from a simple yet powerful vision: to empower the next generation of Nebraskans with the tools, opportunities, and experiences they need to thrive. We believe that every young person has the potential to lead, create, and innovate—but unlocking that potential requires access to real-world learning, mentorship, and the freedom to explore their passions.
Our journey began with a commitment to education and entrepreneurship. As parents, educators, and community builders, we saw firsthand the need for a different kind of support—one that goes beyond traditional schooling and equips young people with practical skills, hands-on experiences, and the confidence to carve their own paths. Whether it’s launching a business, mastering a craft, or developing resilience through outdoor adventures, NextGen Nebraska provides the resources to make those dreams a reality.
Through scholarships, camps, business incubators, and hands-on programs, we’re creating a network of young leaders who aren’t waiting for permission to make an impact. They’re learning by doing, taking ownership of their futures, and proving that age is no barrier to success.

At NextGen Nebraska, we don’t just prepare youth for the future—we empower them to build it.
